These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Défilé mobile application ("the App"), operated by Vlad Purza ("we", "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Défilé is a coaching tool that records short clips of your runway walk or pose, measures your movement on your device, and uses an AI model to generate written feedback and scores. It is provided for personal, informational, and educational purposes only.
The feedback, scores, and suggestions in the App are generated automatically by an AI model and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. They are not professional, medical, fitness, or career advice, and they do not guarantee any result, booking, or improvement. Always use your own judgement, and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
Using the App involves physical movement (walking and posing). You are solely responsible for exercising safely and within your ability, in a suitable, hazard-free space. By using the App you accept the risks of any physical activity you undertake. If you have any condition that could make movement unsafe, consult a doctor first. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury arising from your use of the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.
You sign in with an email and password, Sign in with Apple, or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time using Remove account on the Profile screen. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to:
Video you record or select stays on your device and is analysed locally; only the resulting measurements and scores are sent to our backend, as explained in the Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your content. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process those measurements and return your coaching.
The App is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features or subscriptions in future, purchases will be processed by the Apple App Store and governed by Apple's payment terms, and any additional pricing or renewal details will be presented to you in the App before you buy.
The App, its design, and its content (other than your own content) are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for its intended purpose.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, and we may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will update the date above. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the App; where it conflicts with these Terms, these Terms govern the matters they expressly address.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Romania will have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
